Amplex AB has acquired all shares in PHS West, Inc. The seller is the company’s founder Dan Cummings. PHS West, Inc. is located in Rockford, Minnesota.
This merger brings incredible opportunities for both parties. PHS West will continue to provide their customers with unparalleled products and support as they have for the last 25 years. The company brings a dedicated team, unique market perspective and a complimentary product line to the Amplex AB portfolio. The merger also bolsters both the short- and long-term strategic objectives PHS West has set in place in recent years. Broader market access, greater capacity for product research and development, and new distributor partnerships will augment the company’s objectives and fast-track penetration of domestic and international markets. PHS West looks forward to continuing its day-to-day operations as it always has while contributing to the success of Amplex AB.
Through this acquisition, PHS West, Inc. has been merged into PHS West, LLC, a North Carolina LLC with principal offices at 6704 Bleck Drive in Rockford, Minnesota 55373.
