Erik Schroeder

Erik brings decades of quality experience to his role as quality manager at PHS West. He first entered the field in 1996 and has since built a strong background across defense, aerospace, medical and commercial industries. With both a Bachelor of Science degree and an Associate of Arts degree in industrial engineering, Erik combines technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach to improving processes, supporting teams and maintaining high standards.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his daughter and girlfriend, riding his motorcycle, hiking, traveling and finding just about any excuse to be outside. His favorite food? Pretty much anything served from a food truck or at a ballpark.
