Product Registration

Terms and Conditions:

1. Owner's Manual Requirement:
• The Customer agrees to read and understand the Owner's Manual provided by PHS West, LLC before operating the product.
• The Owner's Manual contains important safety information, operating instructions, and maintenance guidelines.
2. Acknowledgement of Understanding:
• The Customer must acknowledge that they have read and understood the Owner's Manual.
• The acknowledgement will be provided through checking the acknowledgement box at the bottom of this page.
3. Warranty Activation:
• The product warranty will only be activated upon receipt of the Customer's acknowledgement of understanding and completion of subsequent product registration page.
• Failure to provide the acknowledgement and completion of product registration will result in the warranty not being activated.
4. Customer's Responsibilities:
• The Customer is responsible for following the instructions and guidelines outlined in the Owner's Manual.
• The Customer agrees to operate the product in accordance with the safety and maintenance instructions provided.
5. PHS West, LLC Responsibilities:
• PHS West, LLC will provide the Owner's Manual to the Customer at the time of delivery.
• PHS West, LLC will activate the warranty upon receipt of the Customer's acknowledgement of understanding and completion of product registration.
