David Jagt

Dave earned a BSME from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Bethel University — but he feels most lessons came from leading teams and solving real problems, plus a few thousand hours of shop-floor education. He is married to his wife, Stacey, and they have three children: Megan, Erin and Jonathan. Rounding out their family is the dog, Murphy (The Master of Manipulation).

When Dave isn’t in the office, he’s tackling DIY home improvement projects or restoring classic cars. He also supports nonprofit startups, helping launch mission-driven organizations. Put burgers and fries on the menu and Dave will be there—though he won’t turn down the occasional steak upgrade!
