West, LLC before operating the product.<\/li>\r\n<li>The Owner&#8217;s Manual contains important safety information, operating instructions, and maintenance guidelines.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<li><strong>Acknowledgement of Understanding:<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The Customer must acknowledge that they have read and understood the Owner&#8217;s Manual.<\/li>\r\n<li>The acknowledgement will be provided through checking the acknowledgement box at the bottom of this page.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<li><strong>Warranty Activation:<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The product warranty will only be activated upon receipt of the Customer&#8217;s acknowledgement of understanding and completion of subsequent product registration page.<\/li>\r\n<li>Failure to provide the acknowledgement and completion of product registration will result in the warranty not being activated.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<li><strong>Customer&#8217;s Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The Customer is responsible for following the instructions and guidelines outlined in the Owner&#8217;s Manual.<\/li>\r\n<li>The Customer agrees to operate the product in accordance with the safety and maintenance instructions provided.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<li><strong>PHS West, LLC Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>PHS West, LLC will provide the Owner&#8217;s Manual to the Customer at the time of delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li>PHS West, LLC will activate the warranty upon receipt of the Customer&#8217;s acknowledgement of understanding and completion of product registration.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"\/manuals\/\" target=\"_blank\">Product
